 The goal of this program is to help reduce energy use during the summer months by cycling down the air conditioning. It is only done when necessary between noon and 6pm, never on weekends or holidays.Participants receive a Honeywell thermostat and $25 rebate and can choose to opt out from the program twice during the summer.
