Halton Environmental Network (HEN) has launched Halton Residential Solar Project to encourage homeowners to install solar electric (photovoltaic panels) and solar thermal (water heating) panels to heat their houses and water. Selected vendors are offering the panels in bulk in order to offer discounts.
