 Globe Productions has put on their second show in 2011 - a family classic - Joseph and His Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat. It's friendly story line, catchy music and universal story and, no question about it, fantastic performance by Georgetown's only musical theater group is a guarantee of an evening or afternoon well spent.

 Globe Productions’ Youth Company is holding a series of eight Musical Theatre workshops for kids aged 8 to 13 on Saturday afternoons from 1 to 4pm. The 8 week fall session, beginning Sept. 17th, costs $160.00, and is focused on education and preparation for musical theatre shows. All workshops will be held at Globe’s new home, the Armoury. The Armoury is just inside the Georgetown Fall Fairgrounds at the corner of Park Ave and Charles Street.

 It's true. Jesus Christ Superstar by Globe Productions is far better than any Toronto show I have seen.
Live music. Great voices. Amazing choreography. And the vibe these people give makes you wanna stand up and dance (which I was too embarrassed to do). So folks, for $24 at Christ the King, it's worth every penny.
